Questions Victorians ask us most
Straight answers to what Victorians ask us most before starting a claim.
Yes. A TAC claim generally needs to be lodged within 12 months of the accident, and no later than 3 years except in limited circumstances. Disputing a TAC decision generally needs to happen within 12 months of that decision, and a common law claim generally within 6 years. Speak with us early if you're not sure where you stand.
